As the official bank of the Canucks , TD wanted to celebrate Lunar New Year by bringing all fans into the epic traditions of the holiday. To honour the year of the rabbit—a symbol of good fortune and prosperity—we teamed up with Captain, Bo Horvat for the TD Prosperous Rabbit Hunt. Canucks fans watched on Tik Tok and Instagram as the Canuck star personally dropped golden, lucky rabbits around the Greater Vancouver Area. Fans lucky enough to solve Bo’s Lunar New Year clues discovered a golden, lucky rabbit — and tickets to the TD-sponsored Canucks Lunar New Year game that evening.
All fans at Rogers Arena could also play the TD Prosperous Puck Drop — a fun activation where guests learn about the holiday by dropping golden pucks into a sea of zodiac signs. Only compatible signs offer up a chance to win a signed, limited-edition, official Canucks Lunar New Year jersey..
